Speed

The speed of doing business is increasing, and the whole IT industry is based upon building the next fastest thing which helps you produce more in less time. The trouble is that things go wrong, and it is easy to lose hours, or even days, waiting for problems to be fixed. Sometimes problems last for months, as your employees find ways to work around malfunctioning or poorly setup IT equipment, ever waiting for the unresponsive IT company to turn up to fix it. Time is money of course, and we work continually to improve our response times and measure how long it takes to fix problems.

Simplicity

IT is supposed to improve your working day, and yet much of the time it is so complicated that getting any actual benefit out of your investment seems impossible. We believe in simplicity, that the solution should match the problem, and that the solution should keep things as simple as possible. Complicated procedures and processes are virtually never successfully implemented.

Service

Every day we receive numerous calls from customers who are suffering from IT problems. It would be very hard to keep those customers if we weren’t able to empathise with the situation, and work successfully not only to correct the problem, but do it in such a way as to ease the disruption caused. All of our employees are customer facing and providing great service is in our DNA.

Providing good service is quite easy when everything is going right, but it is when things go wrong that your service practices and policies are tested. We are not a perfect company, and occasionally we may not perform to your expectations, but you will never find us hiding behind excuses, and the MD is just a mobile call away.
