Our process focuses on learning about your business and capturing the most important improvements we could make quickly, and then producing working software in 12 week phases. After meeting with you and going through lots of questions and looking at how and what you do, we can produce an initial feature specification. After this is agreed we move to a coding phase and then usually in 4 week cycles show you the software and get feedback on the progress.
The great advantage to this process is that the budgets can be very reasonable as we are working in shorter cycles.
