What do we do?

ITexpress provide technology products direct to homes and small businesses. Our product range includes purpose built PC’s, using great components from industry leading manufacturers, assembled with care and attention to detail, and suitable for a wide range of uses. We provide accessories and peripherals which include displays, printers, speakers, and a vast range of ancillary technology products which you can enjoy and are fun to use.

When did we start doing it?

ITexpress began trading in 1999 with a total investment of £2000. We are a little bit bigger now, but still have that personal feel.

Why do we do it?

The technology industry is hard work. It is cutthroat, dominated by near monopolies, and sometimes technologies change so fast your head spins. But we love it. Technology products are cool, and it is great fun trying the newest stuff and selecting products to sell to our customers. Customers are fun too. ITexpress is a company full of people, and we enjoy advising our customers and helping them solve problems or pick the right PC for them.

Where do we do it?

The ITexpress head office is in East Yorkshire, but we deliver nationwide through our website http://www.itexpress.co.uk.

How do we do it?

By focussing on what is important to you, our customers, which to be honest is simply to make you happy, delighted even, that you chose ITexpress as your supplier. We believe by delivering the best possible service we can, then our customers are happier. Service is at the core of what we do, in fact, its in our genes! Here is how we try to provide better service than any other company in the world.

Speed. We will deliver your brand new PC within 5 working days following cleared payment. For most accessories and peripherals we deliver within 2 working days. Our aim of course is to beat these deadlines, and we are working hard to do so.

Efficiency. We aim to make dealing with ITexpress as easily as possible, not wasting time and effort on complicated sales processes and bureaucracy. This gets your purchases to your door faster, and of course, ensure that it is the product you wanted and not faulty in any way.

Reliability. Our PC’s are fully tested before they leave us, and are assembled with high quality components. If we make a promise to you, then we will move mountains if necessary to keep it.

Value. Providing value for money is a key reason why our customers choose us, so we are always looking for ways to increase the value of what we do and increase the value of the products we sell.

Innovation. Technology is cool. We love finding new gadgets and tools to make your lives (and ours) more fun and enjoyable (and easy). We also try and find new ways to work internally, so wecan keep on improving our service to you.

Communication. We know things go wrong sometimes. People are not perfect. What we try and do is communicate with our customers quickly and honestly. If you have a problem with us, you have many ways to communicate with us too.
